Terms & Conditions BK33 — Complete Platform User Guide

It governs all aspects of your use of the BK33 platform, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus usage, and participation in any games or betting activities on our platform. 1 Acceptance of Terms

2 Member Eligibility

The BK33 platform is exclusively for Malaysian users who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. BK33 reserves the right to verify any member's eligibility at any time and to close accounts that do not meet the requirements.

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age. BK33 strictly prohibits registration by underage individuals and will terminate any account found to be in violation of this age requirement.
• Nationality & Location: BK33 services are offered to users accessing the platform from Malaysia. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with applicable local laws.
• Mental Capacity: You must be of full mental capacity to make decisions related to betting and bear full responsibility for your actions.
• One Account Per Individual: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active BK33 account. Owning multiple accounts is a serious breach of these terms.
• BK33 Employees: BK33 employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to register as members or receive any bonuses.

3 Account Registration

The BK33 registration process is designed to be simple and quick — completable in under 2 minutes. However, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration.

• Your full name must match the name on your Malaysian identity card (MyKad).
• A valid, active Malaysian phone number is required for OTP verification.
• Your password must not be shared with anyone, and you are fully responsible for all activity that takes place in your account.
• BK33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals exceeding RM5,000.
• Inaccurate or falsified account information may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

4 Deposit & Payment Methods

• BK33 only accepts deposits from payment methods registered in the member's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• BK33 reserves the right to request additional verification for deposits exceeding RM3,000 in a single day.
• If a deposit fails to process, BK33 is not liable for any technical failures on the part of the payment provider.

5 Fund Withdrawal

BK33 is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests promptly and without unnecessary hassle. Below are the withdrawal terms and procedures you need to know.

• Minimum Limit: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• Daily Limit: The standard daily withdrawal limit is RM10,000. Platinum and Diamond VIP members are eligible for higher limits.
• Processing Time: Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 15–30 minutes. Withdrawals exceeding RM5,000 may require additional verification and can take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. This is a security measure to prevent money laundering.
• KYC Verification: BK33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving cumulative withdrawals exceeding RM5,000 in a single month.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members only, upon making their first deposit. Each account is entitled to the welcome bonus once only.
• Wagering Requirement: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by bonus package — ranging from 20x to 30x.
• Validity Period: All bonuses are valid for 30 days from the date of activation. Any unused bonus within this period will automatically expire and be forfeited.
• Abuse Prohibition: Any attempt to abuse bonuses — including using multiple accounts, fraudulent deposits, or strategies deemed manipulative — will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account termination.

7 Sports Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the BK33 platform — whether on Malaysia Super League football, EPL, badminton, e-sports, slots, live casino, or table games — are subject to the following general rules and the specific rules applicable to each game type.

• Bet Confirmed: Once a bet has been confirmed by the BK33 system, it cannot be cancelled or modified except through the Cash Out feature (where available for that bet).
• Betting Limits: The minimum bet is RM5. Maximum limits vary by sport and match. BK33 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
• Odds: BK33 reserves the right to adjust odds before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment you click the "Place Bet" button are the odds that will apply.
• Match Result: Official results recognised by the relevant governing body (FIFA, BWF, etc.) will be used as the basis for settling all bets.
• Void Bets: Bets placed using insider information or through fraudulent means will be voided and the account may be terminated.
• Postponed Matches: If a match is postponed and not completed within the stipulated period, BK33 reserves the right to void the relevant bet and refund the stake.

8 Responsible Gaming

BK33 takes its social responsibility seriously. We believe that healthy entertainment is entertainment that is controlled and responsible. The BK33 platform provides a range of tools to help members maintain control over their playing habits.

• Deposit Limit: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their account settings. These limits take effect immediately and can be lowered at any time, but increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Mandatory Break: If you feel you need a break from the platform, you can activate a 24-hour, 7-day, or 30-day cooling-off period through your account.
• Loss Limit: Set a daily or weekly loss limit to ensure you never spend beyond your means.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to self-exclude from the BK33 platform for a longer period (1 month to 5 years) may contact our support team.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

10 Account Suspension & Termination

BK33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account in the following circumstances without prior notice:

• Holding multiple accounts (more than one account per individual).
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Abuse of BK33's bonus or promotions system.
• Use of automated software, bots, or other technical means to gain an unfair advantage.
• Involvement in money laundering or illicit financing activities.
• Serious misconduct towards other members or the BK33 team.
• Voluntary request by the member themselves.

In the event of account termination due to a breach of terms, BK33 reserves the right to forfeit all balances, bonuses, and winnings in the account. For voluntary termination or other valid reasons, any remaining balance (after all wagering requirements have been met) will be returned to the member.

11 Liability Limit

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, BK33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from unfavourable betting outcomes.
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.
• Technical failures by third parties (payment providers, game providers, etc.).
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your own negligence (e.g., sharing your password).

12 Amendments to Terms & Governing Law

BK33 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any material changes at least 7 days before they take effect, via:

• Email to the address registered to your account.
• Announcements on the BK33 website homepage.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from the use of the BK33 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the matter will be referred to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
